1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Dhan Vitta mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dhan Vitta Private Limited (CIN: U62013HR2026PTC142609, GSTIN: 06AAMCD5052E1ZT), hereinafter referred to as "Dhan Vitta", "we", "us", or "our".
2. About Dhan Vitta — LSP Role
Dhan Vitta operates solely as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) as defined under the Reserve Bank of India's Digital Lending Guidelines, September 2022. Dhan Vitta provides a technology platform that facilitates loan applications and connects borrowers with RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
Important disclosure: Dhan Vitta does not lend money directly. All credit decisions, loan approvals, disbursements, and repayment collections are made exclusively by our partner NBFC(s). The loan agreement you sign is between you and the NBFC — not with Dhan Vitta.
3. Eligibility
To use Dhan Vitta's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India with a valid Indian address
- Hold a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card
- Have an annual household income exceeding ₹3,00,000
- Possess an active Indian bank account for loan disbursement and repayment
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform
Dhan Vitta reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
4. User Obligations
By using Dhan Vitta, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times and update it promptly if it changes
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (OTP, login PIN)
- Notify us immediately at support@dhanvitta.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and not engage in any fraudulent activity
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Repay all loans strictly in accordance with the terms agreed with our NBFC partner(s)
- Not misrepresent your income, employment, or financial status during the loan application
5. Credit Assessment & Data Authorisation
By using our services and applying for a loan, you explicitly authorise Dhan Vitta and our NBFC partner(s) to access credit information companies (Equifax, Experian, CRIF High Mark, and CIBIL TransUnion), collect and analyse permitted financial data for credit assessment, perform KYC verification through UIDAI-authorised channels, and report repayment behaviour to the credit bureaus as required by RBI.
This authorisation is specific to loan processing. Your data is not used for marketing by third parties and is stored on India-based servers.
6. Loan Terms
All loan terms — including the loan amount, interest rate, APR, processing fees, repayment schedule, and charges — are determined exclusively by our NBFC partner(s) and disclosed in a Key Fact Statement (KFS) before you accept any loan offer.
7. Fees & Charges
All applicable fees and charges will be fully disclosed in the KFS before you accept the loan offer. There are no hidden charges.
8. Repayment
You agree to repay the loan as per the schedule in your loan agreement. Defaults will be reported to credit information companies and may adversely affect your credit score.
9. Account Termination
Dhan Vitta may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in illegal activity, fail to repay, or if required by law or regulatory direction.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Dhan Vitta platform are owned by Dhan Vitta Private Limited or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhan Vitta is not liable for loan decisions or terms set by NBFC partners, indirect damages, service interruptions beyond our control, or third-party provider actions.
12. Grievance Redressal
If you have complaints or concerns, you may raise them via the in-app Help & Grievance section or email grievance@dhanvitta.co.in.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through the grievance mechanism. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in Gurugram, Haryana.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
